We are committed to keeping play fun and safe. Every entry into a Competition on IT BAGS is subject to the controls described below, which are enforced automatically and cannot be bypassed by clearing cookies, switching device or browser, or contacting customer support for an exception. The full legal terms are set out in clause 21 of our Terms & Conditions.

Monthly spend limit
A GBP limit applied across paid Entries, Wallet top-ups and Instant Win purchases each calendar month. Free Postal Entries don't count.

Decreases take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period and can be cancelled before they take effect.

Play breaks
Pause your play for a set period. Existing Entries remain valid and any Prizes you win remain payable.

Choose a short break or a longer one — and decide whether it applies to all competitions or to Instant Wins only.
A play break is binding for the period selected and can be extended but not shortened.
Credit-card cap
A monthly cap applies to all credit-card payments. Once reached, credit-card checkout is blocked until it resets.

Debit cards and other supported methods continue to work normally. The exact cap is shown on the Safer Play and checkout pages in your account.
Instant Win Entries cannot be paid by credit card. If a credit card is your only payment method on file, you'll be asked to add a non-credit method first.
Account closure (self-exclusion)
Request permanent closure of your account at any time. Closure is treated as permanent self-exclusion.

Closure is irreversible other than by a written reactivation request reviewed by us on a case-by-case basis.
On closure we suspend further marketing, pay out any verified Wallet balance, and take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration in your name.
How it works
Starting out
You don't need to choose a limit when you sign up — a sensible default is applied automatically at your first paid checkout, and sits inside the permitted range. You can change it any time from your account: decreases apply immediately, increases after the cooling-off period.
Audit history
Every Safer Play action — limit set, increase requested or cancelled, play break started or extended, account-closure request and any blocked checkout — is recorded in a tamper-evident audit history visible to you on the Safer Play page in your account, and retained by us for compliance purposes.
